First take a PAN add some oil add chopped garlic sauce it than add ginger roast it till they firm add some chopped onion in it saute it till they change the colour
When it is done take a mixi add red chillies (Have to soak for 1 hour) than add in to mixi make a paste add in a kadahi Stirr it add vinegar,soya sauce,tomato ketchup, salt and black pepper for taste in the end add sugar
Stirr it for few mins than switch off the gas when it is cool down add in a glass jar for 1-2 month in fridge
